CloudiQS Supported AWS RDS Engines, Versions & Features

CloudiQS provides extensive support for Amazon RDS (Relational Database Service) to help you deploy and manage relational databases in the cloud. This document outlines the supported database engines, their versions, and the features available to our customers, including advanced configurations like serverless deployment, parallel query execution, and multi-writer setups.

Advanced Configurations

1. Serverless

• CloudiQS supports Aurora Serverless for both MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. This mode allows your database to automatically scale up or down based on demand, providing cost-effective management without manual intervention.

2. Parallel Query

• Parallel Query is available for Aurora MySQL and Aurora PostgreSQL. This feature improves the performance of analytical queries by parallelizing the execution across multiple CPUs.

3. Multi-Writer

• For PostgreSQL Aurora, we support a multi-writer configuration, allowing multiple database nodes to write to the same database simultaneously, increasing throughput and availability.
