Reliability, Security and Scalability
Customer Challenges
- Manual deployment processes were slowing down release cycles and increasing the risk of production issues
- Lack of centralized monitoring and compliance tracking across AWS environments
- Infrastructure was not fully aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices
- Security policies and access control needed to be tightened to reduce exposure
- Environments lacked automation, making scaling and consistency difficult
- Needed to improve operational efficiency while keeping infrastructure costs under control
Descover, Assess and Secure
Our Solution
To support Remoteco’s global growth and improve operational efficiency, CloudiQS delivered a strategic solution focused on AWS DevOps enablement and aligning infrastructure with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
We began with a comprehensive Well-Architected Review, evaluating Remoteco’s platform across the five pillars: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization. Our team identified high-risk issues in security configurations, manual deployments, monitoring gaps, and limited scalability.
Based on the findings, we designed and implemented a full DevOps automation pipeline using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy — enabling the team to release updates faster and more reliably across multiple environments.
We also introduced Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform, allowing Remoteco to standardize and version their infrastructure deployments, reduce configuration drift, and scale easily.
To strengthen security and observability, we implemented:
- AWS IAM role segmentation and permission boundaries to follow the principle of least privilege
- AWS Config and CloudTrail for compliance tracking and auditability
- Amazon CloudWatch for centralized logging and real-time alerting
In addition, we helped optimize AWS resources with right-sizing recommendations and auto-scaling policies — delivering both cost savings and performance gains.
This solution provided Remoteco with a robust, automated, and secure foundation that supports rapid development, global scale, and operational excellence on AWS.

Delivered a secure, efficient, and scalable cloud infrastructure built for global growthd. - Dev / Prod Environments, Created separate accounts for each environment within a secure VPC
- Amazon RDS: Backend that spread across multiple availability zones for high-availability.
- Lambda / API Gateway, allowing the systems to integrate with third parities.
- AWS Elastic Beanstalk, for managed Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling Group, spread across 2 Availability Zones for scalability and maximum fault tolerance.
- Amazon ELB to balance traffic across the instances.
- Amazon S3 object storage for static files.
- Amazon CloudFront, related for edge caching, to reduce overall load on the system by caching where appropriate.
- AWS CloudTrail, to monitor the IAM actions taking place on the account.
